INTRODUCTION: Big Buttons Keyboard Deluxe tm uses the patented Delta II tm mobile-QWERTY button layout, affording larger buttons and faster, more accurate typing on your Android touchscreen smartphone.
Includes basic word prediction, error correction, microphone for voice-to-text (Android 2.2 and above), cursor keys, adjustable vibration feedback and click volume, more.
INSTALLATION: Press "Installation - Important" at top of BB menu and follow the instructions. Make sure you do BOTH steps. Ignore the scary pop-up warning - Big Buttons is not a key-logger and does not track keystrokes or clicks. Check our permissions. The warning is from the Android Operating System and occurs no matter which alternative keyboard you install. Exit setup by pressing your "Back" button.
You are ready to go!
Just think of Big Buttons as your PC keyboard - the patented Mobile-QWERTY button layout keeps all of the letters in direct proximity to where you are used to seeing them - 'Q' at the upper left, 'M' at the lower right, etc.
The more you relax, the faster you will type.
After a minute or two of typing, your motor memory reflexes take over and suddenly you are typing on Big Buttons like you have been using it for years - a pleasant, unexpected surprise!
To hide the keyboard, use the button with keyboard icon or swipe-down on the keyboard.
When selecting recipients for a text message or email, hide the keyboard or swipe up/down on the list of recipients to display more recipients.
For Caps or Num Lock, double-click the Shift or 123 Key.

Important - You must install BB or it won't work - press the blue & white BB icon, then press "Installation - Important" at the top of the menu and follow the two installation steps. It's easy.
NOTICE: INSTALLATION - for newer phones & tablets (Android 3.0+) such as the Motorola Zoom, Acer Iconia, Nexus S, etc. - for INSTALLATION go to your: Settings->Language & ..., then both enable & select Big Buttons Keyboard.
Note: If any download from the Android Market hangs, go to your: Settings > Applications > Manage Applications > Market: Then Clear data and Clear cache. Then try to download again.
Also, when installing ANY keyboard, you will receive a scary warning: "Attention - This input method may be able to collect all the text you type, including personal data like passwords and credit card numbers..."
Don't worry - Big Buttons Keyboard does not collect ANY of your information - check our permissions. Big Buttons Keyboard does NOT access things like the internet, your email, text messages, etc.
Big Buttons Keyboard's sole purpose is to function as a great keyboard.
If you do not want Big Buttons Keyboard to automatically learn and store new words you type into it's dictionary, then do not turn on the "Word Learning" option.
